I have been using Ty Wallace as my agent for five years now. He has helped me purchase several investment properties and locate numerous well qualified tenants. Although he is a very busy and high profile agent, he responds very quickly when I am in need of a tenant. I’ve noticed other properties in the same area remain vacant for much longer times and eventually rent out for a lower price than mine. I can only assume that has a lot to do with Ty Wallace.

Ty is honest, trustworthy and experienced. Buying or Selling, don’t hesitate to call him-you will be glad you did! We had a great home that he helped us sell and then assisted us by finding a Realtor in another state who helped us make a purchase on a new home.

Knowledge of area was very helpful. Marketing photos and digital information on MLS and Zillow helped to sell property within our desired timeframe. Ty helped us to emphasize key selling features and advised us on staging and decluttering tips. He was familiar with other local buyer agents to obtain information on what buyers liked and didn’t. Overall we were very pleased with Ty’s assistance in marketing and selling our home of over 20 years.
