Then home visits will be scheduled so you can view the properties and ask lots of questions. Ty will also ask plenty of questions of the owners’ realtor—perhaps many that you never would’ve thought of asking! It’s so helpful to have someone with so much experience and knowledge of the many aspects of the real estate industry on your side. He’s always looking out for you.
Fall in Love
Once you find a property that you really like, Ty Wallace will walk you through all aspects of the buying process, to the initial offer and negotiation of the price, to all the paperwork and inspections that must be completed, to all closing costs that you will need to be responsible for.
