Fullerton — come check out the Fullerton Arboretum for some fresh air and amazing local flowers. Right now the corpse flower is blooming—an special treat and very unique sight and smell to behold.

Ontario — channel your inner Nascar driver at K1 Speed Ontario, a go kart facility for anyone who likes to drive fast cars. On Mondays they combine the two tracks and make a Supertrack for extra long runs!

Placentia — take in a few rounds of golf and have a delicious brunch at the Alta Vista Country Club. It’s a great venue for weddings and other events, too.

Pomona (and Phillips Ranch) — the NHRA Motorsports Museum is a must-see for all car racing fans. Hot rods and drag racing historical information, as well as a rotating show room of historic cars from the 50s, 60s, and 70s make this the best place to be for all car enthusiasts.

Rancho Cucamonga — take me out to the ball game! Enjoy some baseball at Rancho Cucamonga’s Epicenter. It’s a relatively small field, so there isn’t a single bad seat.

San Dimas — Ranging Waters is a great place to spend a hot summer day with the kids. It has tons of slides and good food so you can spend all day soaking up the sun and cooling off in the water.

Upland — Laser Island features a nine-hole tiki-themed mini-golf course, coconut climbing trees, video and redemption games, and a laser tag area. You could spend all day there without running out of things to do!

Walnut — check out the Lesher Center for the Arts to see premier theater performances. “Mirandolina Mistress of a Tuscan Inn” and “The Music Man” are currently playing, and there are concerts, improv productions, adult and kids’ shows, Broadway shows, political rallies, and more events throughout the year.

West Covina — the Taylor House at Heritage Park is a fun place to visit. It’s a Craftsman style house that has been meticulously and historically restored by members of the West Covina community.

Yorba Linda — for political aficionados and anyone who likes to see beautiful libraries, the Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum is an excellent spot. It also has an incredible rose garden and reflecting pool.
